Eric Collins joined Coleman Talley in 2008. He is an associate practicing in the area of commercial and insurance defense litigation.
A native of Fayetteville, West Virginia, Eric received his Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, in Accounting, with a minor in Political Science, from Concord College in Athens, West Virginia, and his J.D. from the West Virginia University College of Law.
Eric is a member of the West Virginia State Bar, the Georgia State Bar, and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of West Virginia, the Middle District of Georgia, and the Southern District of Georgia as well as the U.S. 4th Circuit Court of Appeals in Richmond, Virginia.
Prior to joining Coleman Talley, he was a partner in Pullin, Fowler, and Flanagan, PLLC, which is a statewide commercial and insurance defense firm in West Virginia. Eric has served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Southern Baptist Convention Annuity Board, Dallas, Texas and as general counsel for Northgate Baptist Church, Beckley West Virginia, and Southern Baptist Fellowship Church, Summersville, West Virginia. He has also served as an Adjunct Professor of Business Law, and Criminal Justice at Glenville State College, Summersville, West Virginia.
