L. Lake Jordan

Lake Jordan joined Coleman Talley LLP in 2005. He concentrates his practice in real estate and corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, business planning, entity formations, corporate governance and state and federal trademark matters. He also represents individual taxpayers and developers in appeals of ad valorem real property tax assessments. Lake has lectured on intellectual property rights of small business owners. In 2004, Lake was admitted to the Georgia Bar and is a member of the Valdosta Bar Association.

A native of Florence, South Carolina, Lake received his B.S. in Management and Marketing from the University of South Carolina in 1999 and his J.D. from Mercer University, Walter F. George School of Law in 2004. While at Mercer, Lake served on the Moot Court Board, competed in the Ruby R. Vale Corporate Law Moot Court Competition in Wilmington, Delaware, and participated in the Legal Writing Certificate Program.

Lake currently serves on boards and committees for several local organizations and enjoys coaching local youth athletics.
