Coleman Talley Partner, Lisa Wannamaker presented on the topics of Premises Liability Law and Fair Housing at the Georgia Council for Rural Housing and Development (CRHD), 2014 Annual Conference. The conference was held at Callaway Gardens in Pine Mountain, Georgia on October 5th through the 7th. The CRHD is a volunteer, diverse group of business people involved in all aspects of affordable rural housing for the state of Georgia. CRHD members include property owners, management companies, site managers, maintenance staff, builders, developers, government agencies and vendors that supply products and services to the rural housing industry throughout the state of Georgia. Lisa frequently speaks on matters relating to property management, compliance, fair housing, and premises liability at housing industry conferences throughout the Southeast.
