Hansell Watt Speaks to Valdosta Lowndes Association of Property Managers
Hansell Watt of Coleman Talley LLP in Valdosta recently was invited by the Valdosta Lowndes Association of Property Managers to speak to the Association about the effect of foreclosure on the rights of tenants, property managers, and land owners. The primary focus of the presentation was the impact of the federal law, Protecting Tenants at Foreclosure Act of 2009, on the rights and duties of tenants and property managers.
