Lisa Wannamaker Speaks to Members of the Atlanta Apartment Association
June 2011 - Lisa Wannamaker presented a three-hour seminar on Fair Housing, which was sponsored by the Atlanta Apartment Association. Ms. Wannamaker presented information on the background of fair housing, protections and accommodations, the complaint process, and trends in prosecution. The seminar was attended by representatives from various lenders, real estate agencies, property management companies, and government agencies in the Atlanta metropolitan area. Ms. Wannamaker is a partner in the Atlanta office of Coleman Talley and regularly represents owners and property managers against claims of housing discrimination brought by HUD on behalf of applicants and residents.
