About David Caforio
A native of Acworth, Georgia, David graduated summa cum laude from Kennesaw State University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing.  He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Georgia School of Law in May 2017.  During his time at the University of Georgia School of Law, he was a Legal Research Assistant and a member of the Business Law Society.  David practices in the areas of finance, development and management of commercial real estate, as well as entity formation, corporate governance, and commercial transactions.

About Anne Gray Herring
A native of Martinsville, Virginia, Anne Gray graduated from Washington and Lee University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in Politics.  She obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Emory University School of Law in May 2017.  As a student at Emory University School of Law, Anne Gray was a member of the Moot Court Society as well as the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society’s Mediation Team.  Her practice includes appellate litigation, employment law and litigation, government and municipalities, insurance defense and coverage disputes, and professional negligence and medical malpractice defense.

About David Kerman A native of Atlanta, Georgia, David graduated from Davidson College with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2012.  He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Georgia State University College of Law in May 2017.  As a student at Georgia State University College of Law, David was a Research Editor for Law Review and President of the Business and Law Society.  David focuses his practice in development and management of commercial real estate, as well as entity formation, corporate governance, finance and commercial transactions.
